Incubus will be hitting the road this summer in celebration of their debut album’s 20th anniversary. Well, it is the 20th anniversary of their debut album on a major record label, which is extremely impressive because that insinuates that they’ve been at it for well over two decades. The Calabasas, California band was one of the most popular alt metal band of the early 2000’s drawing inspiration and similarities to the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Deftones, and Korn. In addition to their 20th anniversary, there appears to be added inspiration for a 2017 tour in a new album. Incubus [More]

Twenty One Pilots just released the music video for “Heavydirtysoul”, the final single from their latest album, Blurryface. They could have shot a home made video and it would have went viral, because anything Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun touch right now turns to gold. But, that is not the case. This video is fire, both literally and figuratively.
Tyler sings most of the song from the back seat of a car driven down a two lane road by a hooded stranger. Josh Dun’s drum kit is literally on fire, while he plays in the middle of that same road. Sparks [More]

The second year festival will be back at beautiful Sunshine Grove in the middle of south Florida. The music and arts festival is a 4 night camping only immersive experience. If you have been to a music festival in the past but haven’t camped, this is a bucket list experience. The diversity of genres up and down this lineup is what gets it on this list. It’s certainly not top heavy, and you might not recognize half of the lineup, but nonetheless there is something for everyone.

Despite blowing up the charts and touring for well over a year straight, it’s been quite a while since Twenty One Pilots released an album. That’s about to change this fall, as the duo just announced they will be releasing Blurryface Live. It’s not as exciting as new original material, but I’m sure that will come sooner rather than later. As for now, the clique will be happy with anything they release.
It will be available on November 25th, and it will contain the following songs:
Guns for Hands
We Don’t Believe What’s On TV
Holding On To You

With the help of musical guest twenty one pilots and host Lin- Manuel Miranda, Saturday Night Live opened it’s 42nd season last week with it’s most watched episode in 12 years, averaging 7.14 million viewers. That’s a 24% jump from last year’s originals, in which SNL averaged 5.748 million viewers. If I had to guess, I would attribute that 24% difference to twenty one pilots fans…. Either way SNL, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and twenty one pilots all crushed it last Saturday night, all while etching their names in the record books.
Lin Maranda’s opening monologue included a joke that despite his Hamilton success, [More]
