It’s not confirmed whether this is Will Ferrell or Chad Smith, but either way, this is a move both of them would do. Basin my assumption on the quality of drumming, it’s safe to say that that was Chad Smith joining random street performers in London. Check out the video below. How epic would that be to stumble into a random act of music such as this?

Foster the People are one of the first band’s to take advantage of Google’s DeepDream technology, a computer vision which uses a convolutional neural network to find and enhance patterns in images, thus creating a dream like hallucinogenic appearance.
Yeah, I know. What did that just say?
Basically, Google DeepDream is a smart technology that creates patterns within images that your brain will like, thus making the video more engaging than any one human could do.
Director Daniel Henry had this to say about the video, “In researching more about the DeepDream world, I loved the idea of letting the collective unconscious of [More]

If you’ve been a fan of Arcade Fire for a long time, you may know that they have been largely quiet on social media. The once independently signed band often laid low on the radar, fitting their m.o. However, that all changed ahead of their release of Everything Now, their first album under Columbia Records. Some of their social media posts have been quite strange, and frankly insensitive, leaving fans scratching their heads. Well, the band has had enough. They just released an apology, albeit very strange and ambiguous, but nonetheless an apology.
They put [More]

If you happen to be in and around Orange County, CA over the next couple of weeks, be sure to stop by a Taco Bell and pick up the new Firecracker Burrito. Filled with what Cosmopolitan describes as “Tabasco infused pop rocks”, the burrito is otherwise pretty typical. The worst part of this burrito is probably they way it looks. Maybe that’s how all menu items look from Taco Bell when you break them in half and post it to Instagram, but this one looks especially stomach churning.
And at only $1.49 per burrito, there’s no excuse not to try [More]

The burden of an upcoming album release and a massive world tour can’t stop Dave Grohl from being Dave Grohl. He did the most rock star thing one could do by joining the thousands of “not rock stars” in the pit at Metallica’s show at the Rose Bowl a few nights ago. His legendary status didn’t stop him from having a hell of a time amid the masses.

First of all, it was a Metallica concert. I’m a little bit less surprised that it happened there. However, a 44 year old man urinated on AN ENTIRE FAMILY! What in the world was he thinking?
I mean, I know sometimes you’ve gotta go and don’t want to miss any of the show, but at least be little more discrete about it.
A man, his wife, and their 10 year old daughter felt “warm liquid washing over their backs and legs” according to Arizona’s ABC15. Umm, disgusting. When the dad turned around the confront the man urinating, he merely offered a [More]

LIGHTS just released her first single, titled “Savage”, off of her upcoming album Skin & Earth and the song features Josh Dun on drums. Um what?
Yeah you heard that right. The Canadian born electro pop/ rock singer must have figured hailing a piece of Twenty One Pilots to feature on the new record would blow her fans’ minds, and bring heards of new fans running towards her. I think it’s working because quite frankly, she wouldn’t get attention from this blog otherwise 😉
As I’ve mentioned before, most of LIGHTS’ success has come in Canada where she’s won 2 Juno Awards, one [More]

Bruce Springsteen an sell out just about any venue he wants to these days. Last year he sold out Metlife Stadium three times (with a capacity of 50,000), just across the New Jersey border from where he’ll be playing at the Walter Kerr theatre. He hopes the broadway setting, with a total capacity under 1,000 will be as personal and intimate as possible. The show, titled “Springsteen on Broadway” will run for 8 weeks starting on October 12th.

St. Pete Beach city commissioners are mulling over a new rule that would allow hotel guests to consume alcoholic beverages on the beach, near their hotel cabanas. Us regular folk would still be barred from participating in the debauchery, which angers some local residents.
“If you are going to allow hotel guests to drink on the beach, why not allow residents who pay taxes and live here all the time to take a cocktail onto the beach at sunset? I see no reason to give preferential treatment to hotel guests,” said St. Pete Beach resident Susan Perodeau told the Tampa [More]

Just 6 days before his death, Chester Bennington joined the rest of Linkin Park to film an episode of Carpool Karaoke for Apple Music. James Corden, the host of The Late Late Show is also the executive producer for the spinoff series based on his show’s virally popular segment of the same name, Carpool Karaoke. Corden recently told the Associated Press .
“We will approach it in whichever manner his family or the people that were involved in that episode, however they would like it to be handled,” he said. “We will navigate it as delicately as possible and just [More]
