On July 11th Twenty One Pilots finally made their huge comeback with the release of two new songs, ‘Jumpsuit’ and ‘Nico and Niners’. They also released the video for ‘Jumpsuit’, announced that the fifth album Trench would be out October 5th, and released dates for a massive Bandito Tour which stops at Amalie Arena November 3rd.

Twenty Pilots have broken several huge records in their career and it hasn’t stopped with the latest release of ‘Jumpsuit’. According to Billboard, it is officially the first song to reach #1 on the Alternative Songs chart in less than two weeks! This breaks the previous record earned by Green Day with 2009’s ‘Know Your Enemy’.

In addition to that huge accomplishment, Alt Press is reporting that the label, Fueled By Ramen, stated the music video for ‘Jumpsuit’ is also breaking records. The video had quickly reached #1 in trending videos on YouTube after it was released and reportedly reached around 5.2 million plays in the first 24 hours. That breaks the bands previous record achieved by ‘Heathens’ with 3.5 million plays in its first day.

All this with only the release of two new songs in the last two weeks! With an album on the way more records will no doubt be broken.
