Want to help Puerto Rico? Here’s where you can donate in Tampa Bay

The devastation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria is overwhelming and it’s time for us to step up and help!! If you have extra hurricane supplies that you didn’t use this is a great way for you to help others who are struggling. The Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has started their own relief effort called “Puerto Rico Hurricane Relief.”

Fox 13 reported their locations you can donate along with what necessities are needed:

baby and adult pain relief medicine, baby formula, baby wipes, blankets, bottled water, canned and dry pet food, canned goods, canned milk, chainsaws, cots, crowbars, diapers, dish soap, dry foods, electric cables, electric generators, extension cords, first-aid kits, garbage bags, ground fault protectors, hammers, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, mosquito repellant, pillows, pop-up canopies, rope, safety glasses, shovels, stomach pain relief medicine, tarps, towels, utility knives, wheelbarrows, wood panels, and work gloves.
