Have you heard about St. Pete Run Fest yet? It’s an awesome event that happens for many great causes! The two day festival includes running events, a Health & Wellness Market, local food, music and local craft beer. You can run a half marathon, sunshine city 5k or a kids race!

What’s really cool is if you register for the St. Pete Half Marathon or Relay in the month of September, they will donate $5 of your entry fee between our partner charities helping those in need after Irma – St Petersburg Free Clinic and Goodwill-Suncoast (this is in addition to the amount they are already donating per entry). Let’s “Run For Recovery” and help our neighbors!

The giving doesn’t stop when you sign up,  St Pete Run Fest partners with the St. Petersburg Free Clinic to raise funds for their Food Bank, which feeds an average of 60,000 hungry community members a month.  When you participate in the Sunshine City 5K, they will donate $1 for each mile you run (up to $3 per participant) to the St Petersburg Free Clinic Food Bank.  You can also make an additional donation online when you register for any St Pete Run Fest event, or create your own fundraising page!!

There is also support for St. Joseph’s Children Hospital and Goodwill, but you can read about everything and register to run here!
